Barbara Baehr

In 2000 I have taken up a position as a Research Fellow at Queensland Museum, working on an LUCID interactive key to Australian Spider Subfamilies. I have described over 650 Spider species out of 10 Spider Families, mostly from Australia.
I have participated in more than 10 BushBlitz expeditions (Australian Government's species exploration program Bush Blitz, a partnership Program between the Australian Government, BHP Billiton Sustainable Communities and Earthwatch).
Co-author of A Guide to the Spiders of Australia, New Holland Publishers, 2014. ISBN-13: 9781921517242.
At the moment I work on updating our LUCID interactive key to Australian Spider Subfamilies with the aim to include as many life spider photos as we can.
