Aaron McArdle

anonyous profile.jpg

Hello colleagues, I'm Aaron McArdle and I'm a Curation Officer at MEL herbarium. I overlook 125 different families of dicots including such large families as; Asteraceae, Solanaceae, Boraginaceae, and Myrtaceae. I'm originally from Perth so slowly getting to know the Victorian flora. I'm a huge fan of public engagement/involvement and spreading the amazing work we do to the public. Since starting at MEL I'm trying to update the technology that we use and build a connection with our communication department to allow for Science to create content for our official social media channels. Always happy to chat or offer advice, just call or email :)
