Abstract
Opisthoncus mileshendyi sp. nov. is newly described from Tasmania and Victoria (Australia). Along with this previously undescribed species of Opisthoncus, this paper also provides a redescription of the female and the first description of the male of O. sexmaculatus (C.L. Koch, 1846).
