SURPLUS A new genus for three grasshopper species in the Macrazelotina

Abstract:
Three species Azelota ochraceae Sjöstedt , 1921, Azelota parvula,Sjöstedt , 1920 and Azelota pallida Sjöstedt , 1921 are transferred to genus Mcbriaria gen. nov. in the subtribe Macrazelotina with A. ochraceae as the type species. This move was originally proposed by Key (1986), but the genus was only given the temporary name of Genus Novum 95.
