Andrea Crowther
Collections are integral to taxonomic research, and ever since I began taxonomy, I've been hooked on both!
I have taxonomic expertise in sea anemones (Cnidaria; Actiniaria), and competency with sponges (Porifera).
I am currently a Senior Collections Manager, Biological Sciences at the South Australian Museum. My day-to-day hands-on Collection Management is in the Marine Invertebrates Collection, where I started in 2013.
I currently provide content showcasing the SA Museum's collections on social media, #ContentForConnection #SAMCollections #CollectionAffection.
