I am a phycologist, primarily interested in the taxonomy of Western Australian seaweeds. My goal in life is to document, photographically and in print, the entire marine flora of WA. I also hope to alter the perception of seaweeds as smelly beach drift; they include many spectacular and attractive plants (broadly speaking) and deserve a better image.
