My area of focus since 2010 has been on the ecology, biology and conservation assessment of Australasian Hyriidae. I am an independent aquatic ecologist, a Research Associate of Western Australian Museum, and Adjunct Research Fellow of Australian Rivers Institute (Griffith University). I am a member of the IUCN Red List Mollusc Specialist Group and the IUCN Red List Australian Species Specialist Group. I live in Perth, Western Australia.
