My main interest is in the genus Grevillea, and associated genera. I am the principal author of the Grevillea Book (3 vols) which needs updating because of new species described and changes to my species and subspecies concept. I have authored several papers on new species of Grevillea, Banksia, Triunia (nomenclatural) and Lomatia. I am also interested in Grevillea nomenclature and history, botanical history and personalities, plant distribution
