Tony Bean

Tony is a Senior Botanist at the Queensland Herbarium in Brisbane. He is interested in the taxonomy of flowering plants, and writing keys for the identification of various families and genera. He enjoys examining the morphology of plants to elucidate their taxonomy and also grappling with the nomenclatural rules. He is also interested in the history of botany and historical botanists and collectors.
